General TR Source for J Type O/D Solenoid Circlip

I need a source for the little circlip on the end of a J Type Overdrive Solenoid that holds the plunger inside the valve housing. I'm pretty sure I'm going to destroy mine taking it out as it keeps deforming when I try to remove it.
