As one comment suggested: 15,000 shots at 100mb apiece. I'd go so far as to suggest many shots of the photogs' feet, along with the trash cans and piles of tires.
And the "clarification" should elicit a boycott of the drags and drift events with missives of: "Take your own pic's. Use your 'phone!"

It would be great if all press photographers boycotted the track and they got no publicity from the press as well. Such a selfish and greedy stance by Sonoma.
