Raised my eyebrow when I first read that statement; but then I realized it was the odometer that was rolling over.

Yup. I've seen more than one in that level of appearance that have sold around $20K. These durn things are gaining value.
Overall, not a bad car. Looks like the body was recently off the frame. Why did they not paint the frame?
Few other minor details that make me go "eh" but like I said, overall it's rather nice. I bet $25K for final.
