is not a good thing.
The advent of gas stations having signs they can change from inside and pumps they can also do that...
There are 2 stations across the street from each other that have a perpetual battle on pricing
One has those "club" prices that you get a big discount for belonging or whatever.
The one across the street doesn't do that. What they do is use that automation by having a BIG discount in the AM as the flow is on the other side of the road.
When the flow switches after the rush they switch the price to a higher amount.
Very smart ...but irritating
