I was at the ARRC at Road Atlanta in 1970 and a COLD front and a major ice storm hit the track the day before practice was to open. A quarter-inch-plus of ice on the track and air temps well down below freezing for days. A bunch of guys had towed across the southwest from So Cal and points east with just plain water in their cooling systems and arrived with some seriously damaged cars that morning.

Wintry, is that a real word
According to the Oxford, it is

... and who is l Leon?
Leon is the name the weather wizards have given to this winter storm...all storms have names now whether they are hurriphoons or blizzards.

Wait a minute
Did you just edit that or did I miss that??

HMMM Looks like a lot of editing above there!

On the edge here. Lowest predicted will be 43°F overnight on Tuesday. MUCH better than last week.

Don't watch weather channel anymore. Their staff and management is so stupid to let their reporters stand in hurricanes and storms. Let alone name storms because they cannot remember dates and markers as if we are to dumb to understand what weather is. Guess they are there to impress this latest generation of easy impressed youth. Let alone the made up reality stories.
