Something very different in front of my Midget

I was going through some old photos, tidying up a messy box and cupboard, when I came across this photo. The picture is taken through the front windscreen and evidence that it is my 1500 Midget is that the blurred line in the photo is the windscreen center stay.
I remember my wife screaming "Luvee, luvee go, go ,go, it will eat us alive". I actually just sat there watched the lioness walk by and then she was followed by another lioness with 10 cubs, but they passed behind me.

And to think, I was nervous about the black bears walking by me while stuck in traffic.

I usually see them in my rear view, crying... No I don't.

That would be fun...Put a steak on the exhaust manifold and drive through a lion infested reserve.

You are lucky. I have a friend who is a truck driver here in the states and was making a run down into south Florida after one of the major huricanes. It was just at first light and he thought he was seeing things when he saw an elephant. Until he hit the elephant! A whole bunch of the wild animals had escaped from one of the zoos after the hurricane. Messed the truck up pretty bad, the cab and all. He was lucky, too.

Luvee?? You had Mrs. Thurston Howell the Third in your car with you???!!
