Since changing jobs and having less free time I have thinned out the fleet.
The hardest decision was selling the "Project Rotary" Hunter
mainly because she had been relegated to sitting outside in the crappy winter weather here at the moment.
On the plus side having advertised her on the net I was inundated with potential buyers ending with her going to a gent who is restoring her for his sixteen year old daughter.
I asked her what made her choose the Hunter and she told me
"It's not Japanese."
I hpoe if I ever have a daughter that she'll be like that
It was still sad to see the car go. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cryin.gif

My little girl wants my '67 Cortina.

If she keeps her grades up, she'll get it.

There is no question. Unless she changes her mind.

My 19 year old Daughter came home from work with me this morning in my TR7. Her first time on the highway in it... 6:30 in the morning...sun comming up... clear skies... 120 KPH with no trafic.
Guess who wants me to teach her to drive a 5 speed now!!!
I can't wait to take her out. But # 1 son will be 16 in a couple months... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/driving.gif

sold to hear it had to go. I'm sure you'll find something interesting when the time comes.
