The pics above are from a few months ago. The frame is now red (blue was my primer coat) and the body is off the frame.
There is a shot of the red frame from an earlier thread. If you're wondering about the brake master...the resovoir is not installed (just sitting on it) I put it together from some Mazda parts (booster, master, res.).

Nice photos, keep up the work on the 2500M. The mechanical work on my 'barn find' 1984 280i is nearing completion. It's been quite a long road but it's now under its own power, and the exhaust is now being fabricated. Then, it goes to the upholstery shop for a new interior, after which it will go to have new body pieces installed and painted (spoiler, front and rear Euro bumpers and rear valance).
With any luck, it'll be ready to debut at a show in North Carolina in mid-April. HOpefully updated photos will be uploaded to my website (www.cmw-tvr.com) this week.

Marshall, Just had a quick look at your latest chapter on the 1984 280i. Very interesting and I see some great work was done. I am (finally) getting my 87 280i worked on - just waiting for the phone call from Jesse Bogan - so hope to get it out there this year. Jesse insists I take it to the Lily Ponds outing so I will do my best to do so if I am not travelling. Regards to you, Bill G.
