Driving home today,I was in a school zone.A girl (teenager) was standing
on the sidewalk at the marked crosswalk.I stopped,put on my 4 way flashers,
&.......waited.She didn't move,so I tapped my horn (twice),& still wouldn't cross.
I finally gave up & slowly drove on,laying on the horn.I then got a response
by way of her middle finger,telling me I was #1.
WHY do people stand on/next to a crosswalk (or corner)when they have no
intention of crossing?
