im wondering what happens if booth auctions reach reserve ??
culd one go after him with a laywer or something ? doesent read anywhere that hes auction the car anywhere else and therefor reserves the right to sell some where else ??

If I was on the other side of the water I would give it a go as well. What's to loose.
 
It looks like he doesn't know what he's doing.

He should cancel the bids and stop the auction that's a mistake.

Since he's plainly directed people to the other auction for bidding I don't think he'd be obliged to any winner of the mistaken listing. But he should end it anyway....

At the present, the winning ÂŁ6611 bid seems cheap and hasn't met the reserve. But there are still a couple days of bids to go.....
