What a great shot. Nothing is as good as seeing them "on the road". Very cool.

I'll bet that turned a few heads! Nice picture Larry.

No, the Mini is from Mt Airy, MD and the Lotus belongs to Jim Gordon from Frederick, Md. The yellow Bugeye is ours, and the Sprites and Midgets are from our surrounding area.

These were six of the eight cars that made the trip. Missing from the picture are a Jensen Healey and another Midget. Of the eight cars we took one first and two third place awards. Our Bugeye never seems to do well at that show, but who cares. It's our favorite show of the year!

I've been to that exact gas station on the way to Rehobeth. I'm hoping my Sprite will be able to join the line up next week at the Celtic Festival.

I bet the LBC's combined used about the same gas as the SUV on the right and the pickemup in the background

We took 2.7 gallons, left frederick with full tank. I think all of us combined bought about 20 gals.

Nice shot, Larry. We spent today driving South Mt. and the orchard valleys of Adams Cnty. Lunch in pavilion in State Park. We had 10 for the drive...2 each Jag, Morgan, AH3000 & MGB, a Spitfire our and our Daimler. The most participation in years. By the time I got home we'd done 200 top-down miles. Where did your group stay in Lewes?

Hi, Dale it sounds like you had a great day, it must have been that Gettysburg group you drove with. I know that's great driving country, I was born and raised in Gettysburg. Left for the Marines in 1969, but we still drive those roads up there whenever we can. We've stayed at the Beacon motel the last three years, it's only two blocks to the downtown shops for our wives, and a four block walk to the show grounds. However we may change it next year, we found a hotel downtown that is only one block from the show, complete with restaurant and bar:smile:

Hi David, Bring baby blue on over, we'll all be glad to see her. This is the third year we've put this show on in conjunction with the Celtic festival. We've always resisted giving trophies, however this year we are letting the Celtic group award one "favorite car" trophy to a car of their choice. The caveat is we are excluding our club cars from the competition, so baby blue can't win the trophy . See you there!!

I've seen the Mini when I was out and about in the Sprite. Driver gave me a wave. I was wondering if he was with Clustered Spires. Now I know.
