Wedge Some Interesting finds on the TR7

As I was starting to de-wire the TR7 for the transplant I found some some interesting things. One, the engine only had 17,000 miles on it and was sparkling clean, esp for a Triumph engine. Then I found a supplemental electric fans on the engine in addition to the mechanical one. It was mounted forward of the radiator and had a pretty unique mount to hold it.

The seats were stuck in position, took lots of WD40 to unstick them.

Most interestingly is the fact as I started to undo the under carriage, It was obvious the previous owner had the engine out and worked on it... The rubber mounts are worn but the ones from my 8 are new. Unfortunately, it looks like rain tomorrow so this may be all the further I get until this week end.
