Solid mounted Spridget transmission

Due to space issues it seems that I will not be able to include the rubber isolation mounts in the rear trans mount of my Rivergate 5-speed conversion for my Westfield. Do any of the racers here (or others) have any experience with solid mounting a transmission? What can I expect in the way of additional noise or vibration by leaving out the rubber bushings? I will be using new OEM Spridget rubber engine mounts up front, engine is a tuned 1380.
