That doesn't look like a solar car. More like a standard electric car (that you plug in). The solar probable runs GPS, maybe a radio and dash lights.

I'm hoping someone will figure out what Nikola Tesla did with that Pierce-Arrow. The one that he drove around for a week without batteries. Allegedly to speeds of 90 miles an hour.
