Soft Top - Cleaner?

Obviously these brands may not apply in the UK, but if you have a vinyl top Blue Coral makes a decent cleaner/restorer (comes in a small white bottle). "Mother's" makes a convertible-top shampoo that seems pretty good too. Eagle-One makes a spray called "Zap" that will lift dirt out of vinyl tops and seats too.

Toby......

Again, since you are in the UK, I don't know if this product is available...but.. I've found that "303 Aerospace Protectant" is the best for cleaning and protecting vinyl. It will clean and protect vinyl and rubber without harming it and
give it a luster. It contains no silicone, petroleum products, etc. which most other vinyl cleaners do and while they will make vinyl look good they will contribute to it's breakdown. 303
also has a UV filter.

Another vote for 303. Works very well on the ragtop of my Mazda, as well as the B. Stay away from Armor All and it's relatives-they tend to sit on teh vinyl, and eventually melts off.

I have used a product called Prestine Clean by Leatherique https://www.leatherique.com/ It appears they have some European distributors.

It worked extremely well on my vinyl top which had primer overspray from a P.O. and lots of grime in the texture of the vinyl. The resultant sheen is just right, not too shiney. Also very pleased with their leather care products.

Cheers, John
