Keep up the good fight, Janel! That is NOT an easy task and we're all proud of you. If you ever need a diversion, feel free to call me up for moral support! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

Good luck, Janel. We're routing for you here!

I've seen lots of friends struggle with quitting, but they all made it eventually. Got to be one of the hardest things to do, good on you!

My best time off is less than one day. Go JB!!!!!!!! Go Go Go!!!!!!

You can only do what you can do. My and my wifes mothers both died at 50-52 of breast cancer. No smoking involved. My mothers mom is 95 and still going strong. I just think that if it's your time, bye-bye.
Best of luck, David.

Hang in there... June 16, 1991 - cold turkey Hardest thing I ever did but worth it. Smoked 2-3 packs a day. I knew I was on my way to recovery when I could laugh with abandon and not start coughing. My lungs are clear, I got lucky. Smoked since high school to be kool.

One day at a time. When you get a craving try taking a long drink - water (or if it's really bad have a beer.)
