Can anyone tell me if there is a difference between the Clutch slave cyld. for and 69-72 TR6 to a 73-76?

I am not aware of any differences. The suppliers only list one number. There are two different master cylinders with the later units having a .75 bore compared to the earlier
.70.
The slave would be universal with all the sixes.
