I've seen many a site for replacing rockers & partial sill. How is it to replace the entire side?
 
You mean how hard is it? Not really hard, just takes lots of patience and a lot of time. And a mess of parts /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
 
Bookmark every site you see regarding sill and rocker etc. replacement. I have dozens saved and they were a godsend. That and the wonderfully educated folks on this site and MGE are invaluable.
