Side trim clips

Tony, I know you asked a while back, but, I can't remember.

Which direction do the clips for the side chrome go?

If you're talking about the clips for the trim on a MKIII or later car that runs along the rockers then I might be able to help. If you look at the clips they will have a slight difference on each end, one end will be a bit flater than the other. I placed mine with the "flat" ends pointing down, then hooked the strip on the bottom all along and then carefully pushed up until it snapped over the top bit of the clip. I suppose it would work just the same the other direction, just make sure all the clips are aligned the same and the job is easy.
