Side marker lens retaining screw

Looking for a screw long enough to make contact with the assembly ?
Go to your local hardware store and pick up some electric wall plate screws !
They come in a variety of colors + chrome. Yes they are longer- just dremel the
length to suit . Beats breaking the amber plastic cover .

Wall plate screws are normally "oval" head, meaning the underside of the head is tapered. Did the original screws have a taper there? The sidelights on my Stags did not, but of course they aren't the same as a 4A. If not, I would be concerned that, over time, the force from the taper might crack the plastic.
