Should I do it?

I got a line on a free tan leather seat from a '93 Miata...per the owner it's in great shape

But it's just the passenger side :frown:

Should I just take it?

My issue is finding a match for it. I've found two other sets...both black cloth in the $200 range. I don't know if I'd be able to find a matching passenger seat for it. I know it's free, but that doesn't mean it's useful :p

decisions, decisions...lol

always accept a gift - if you don't you'll never be offered again.

repeat after me: "thank you for your kind offer, I really hope that I can use it and if I can't I'll make sure it goes to a good home."

Well said. I'll call the guy tomorrow and set something up

Hi There,

If you need an exact match relative to "COLOR"; Then contact "Color Plus" in Milford, PA (Joanne-Owner) for the best Dye ever made for leather & vinyl.

I`ve used it personally on a lot of my cars to include a couple of my Jag E-Types.

Make sure you buy her "Camel Hair Brush" to apply the Dye.

Best Wishes,

Russ

PS: Anything "FREE" is always a good thing!

Just my luck, I called the guy this morning to arrange to pick it up and he gave it to someone else :frown:

In the words my grandfather: "He who hesitates is dead." (he meant it in terms of driving, but it I think it applies here too)

No worries...I've got 3 other potential sources, and I'm going to check out a set from one of them tomorrow morning. Hopefully I'll have a set of seats before the weekend is out!
