I posted a while back I was going to start downsizing and try to spend a bit of time at our place in Fl. Sold the motorhome, wife's 94 GT Mustang, my Chevy truck left yesterday..guess I have buyers for the 94 Mustang GT coupe(find out this week-end) and the A coupe and CGT have lookers. The one thing that I thought would depart quick was the 75 911S...nothing..even at a low price. So if anyone knows of a 911 owner needing parts it looks like that'll be the way to get rid of it, by parting it out. Hate to but I won't give it and 911 parts sell pretty good. My shop is staring to echo. Next week the shippers pick up a 66 VW van I sold..going toBoise, and a 63 Bug leaves Sunday for Texas. Feels good.

Really glad to hear that your plan is working out.

nice, Jack, sorry to hear about the 911, bet you end up getting more money in parts.

Unfortunately the 2.7L's case problem is the killer for many trying to move a '74-'77. It's a too widely known problem, even though not always fatal. I too think parting it will get it gone faster. Had a '74 911S back in the day, wonderful machine in its time.

k, what do you want for the 911? If you DO part it out, I need a CD box, and distributor. I may have a customer for the 911. It is a long story, but he would be better off buying yours....

Let us know.

if I part it out...I want the drivetrain to go as complete assy. This engine was one I bought out of Calif. about a year and a half ago...low miles after all the mods and upgrades..sickening as its such a nice vehicle..I don't think 7500 is out of line. It'll probably be stored in the back of the shop till it falls apart.
