Shocking!!

I went to adjust my distributor and got shocked. As I was adjusting the distributor while the car was running I got shocked by just touching the cap. Also the coil wire would shock me if I just touched it. The cap looks good, can see no cracks so I am thinking that the wires are bad. What do you think?

bad wires ...spay a mist bottle water over them whem running ...and watch the show... guess i dont have to mention...DONT TOUCH..
