I have purchased a hardtop for my TR3. However, it is in Beaumont Texas and will cost 3 times the amount to ship it as it did to buy it.

Can anyone in that area help me out at all?

I could come get it sometime mid-summer or meet someone halfway or something.

This is a long shot, but the Tractor club I belong to has a forum for shipping, it's usually guys running up and down & across the coast looking to fill their truck or trailer on a return trip. Can't recommend any one in particular, but like the LBC hobby these guys are pretty honest.

Try this:

You could try Greyhound, They ship all kinds of thing. I just bought a Fender fro Cali. and the shipping was cheap. Only a Top may be to big. It's worth a try though. Good Luck
