SHIFT HAPPENS

Perhaps even more provoking is a lot of that presentation (2006) is out-of-date. Here is the 2008 version. Interesting to note, while most things are increasing in size and speed, the estimate for computing power has slowed. At least the date where a $1000 computer exceeded the human race for computational capacity.
 
I actually like the presentation of the first one better!
