Group,
I ordered a shift boot beauty ring from MOSS and may have got the wrong thing. I expected a round beauty ring but this one is more oblong . Which year and car was the round one used?
I am looking for the chrome one so, that would be prior to 68 then. And I assume round. Do you know how I ended up with a oblong one? What car is that for?
None of the MGB shift boot rings are perfectly round. The early car is more oblong than the later though the 68> uses a symmetrical bolt pattern . Chrome shift boot rings were used until sometime in 1976.
