Setting valves with GP2 cam.....forgot the number

Hey guys,
I think I may have a need to check my valve settings and have a few questions. First off, I have Richard Good's GP2 cam, 1.55:1 roller rockers and 9.5 compression ratio with trips. Richard's numbers are a little more than stock and the intake and exhaust number are different. What are they. Getting in touch with Richard is not always easy.

Also, can the valves be set stone cold. Really don't want to warm up the engine unless I gotta, too many things off at this moment.

With my GP2 or GP3 cam I would recommend 0.016" intake and 0.018" exhaust. With another cam just figure 0.001" more than the manufacturer's recommended lash.
