MGA Setting a 123 distributor

Can someone tell me what is the best setting of the 16 possibilities on a 123 distributor for a 1962 MGA. Please don't tell me to go to the 123 selection list, I have and I don't understand it all. If you have a 123 in and it is running good, please let me know what you selected.
