I'm curious how many have forgotten to clean the air filter on the brake servo. How many did not know it needed cleaning? I was reading about replacing the brake fluid and found a reference to the air cleaner. I had not done mine in ten years.

I had not done mine in ten years.------Keoke--

Shouldn't that be a thumbs down for poor maintenance?
:nonod:

Ain't broke don;t fix it--Keoke-

Keoke, maintenance isn't about fixing, it's about maintaining so it keeps working and you won't experience a failure, right?

That would be unBritish-like; you don't want to mess with what works (or doesn't...)

I see you have not had the pleasure of replacing the air filter in this case it is not only un- British it more akin to fixing and if it ain't broke don't fix it---Keoke--

Okay,I opened the air filter and have no idea what I'm looking at or what I should do about it. I kind of cleaned everything and put it back.

I had my original servo rebuilt but it came back with the original filter still on it. I had purcahsed a new filter from BCS so I went aherad and installed it.
