Server Tech support Outsourced...

....to the UK!

Just woke up in middle of night & decided to check my email only to find its not working...so I called my server in Atlanta only to find they've recently outsourced their after hours tech support to the UK (hrumph...they always had 24 hour tech support in Atlanta until recently, cutbacks I guess)....guy in the UK said all they do is make a ticket & forward it to Atlanta for them to handle when they opened at 8am EST...

I can do that! That's the same as no after hours tech support! Time to look for another company to host my website & handle my email!

Nothing against you guys in the UK!

edit: And Southern drawls are hard to follow for us Brits - at least I find that living up here in the NE. I keep losing track, wondering when y'all are going to start talking faster...

I have a friend here who came over from Scotland. He still spits on me when he talks. I am beginning to understand what he says but ya gotta listen closely.
