Well fellas, after all my hard work and all your contributions, I now have to sell my finally perfectly running TR4. I got a job offer in Arizona and will need the cash for the big move and a commuter car once I'm there. :sorrow:

I posted in the classifieds, but here's a link to the eBay auction as well in case anyone is interested: https://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/TR4...=STRK:MESELX:IT&forcev4exp=true#ht_692wt_1064

I just wanted to say thanks again to all you guys for your help. It's been an overall enjoyable and educational experience and I hope to have another one down the road sometime. I'll be sure to donate to site as it has been well worth it. Keep it up!

Scott --

Sorry to see that happening -- IMO there are few states finer than Arizona for driving a Triumph. Hope you can get back into a British car once you're settled in. Drop me a P.M. if you're going to be in the Tucson area and want to be involved with the British car scene. Even if you are temporarily w/o a car it might be worth your while to stay in touch.

Geo, you're absolutely right. I'll be in the Phoenix area, but I have a friend in Tuscon I plan to visit. I'll look you up when I do.

The current situation that allowed me to have a classic car is a delicate opportunity and as it's my only car right now, and we'll need money for a home downpayment...anyway, boring financial stuff. But I fully intend to get back into it ASAP. I do believe I've caught the bug!

I know it might be hard to do, but I would avoid selling, if at all possible. The amount you will get won't pay for your move and a downpayment on a house...
