Never used ebay before to sell anything, so their fees are a little confusing. We are considering putting the wife's MGB on ebay but would like to know what their fees are for listing a car and also, how do they determine the fee if the car sells and also is there a fee if it doesn't? PJ

I'm wondering the same thing Paul...hope you get some answers on here

You want to run an auction or a straight up old style classified ad?

This is off ebays fees page.

Although they say the listing is free, there are plenty of add-on fees. You'll want some of these.

Marv, I think that's what he meant by the confusing part. IIRC, last auction a ran cost me ~$200-250 and final price was 9K.

Thanks guys, I have a pretty good picture now how the operation works. PJ
