Saw this on Ebay:

Original Old MG MGB Midget Front grille grill / NR

I emailed and asked him what Midget it fits, he replied:

(this is truly the sum total of his response and I copied & pasted - I am not making this stuff up!!)

"it is for an MG yeear unknow!!"

You might be interested to find out that MG is a company that made several models of car. MGA, MGB, MGC and Midget are the more well known models.

"MG" actually stands for Morris Garages.
What you have there appears to be a grille for a MGB. I hope this helps, obviously you wouldn't want to sell your item to someone who thinks they are getting a Midget Grille. That would be a disappointed buyer.

Honestly, it would be a great piece of art to hang in your home.

Actually I just found it on ebay; it needs quite a bit of work and the bid is $19.99 and $12.50 shipping.

Here is the description:

Item is a little ruff, but still in good shape!!!

I've had guys call my MGB a Midget before, especially older guys at hotrod shows. I think it comes from the fact that many of the pre-war MG's were called Midgets and there was a very close association between MG and the word Midget.

We have bought hundreds of parts for Toyota Supras and Datsun Z cars on e-bay....so far most have been quite satisfactory. Parts for my Midget, however, are another thing....I have learned the hard way having bought MG logo centercaps advertised for the Midget, but as I now know they are for the B. I have a radiator that goes to god knows what and one or two other parts that I found out are for either B's or MGA's. I have quit shopping e-bay for Midget parts, its too frustrating.
