We saw this in LHR T5 earlier last week - buy a chance for only 20 Quid and win this Ferrari. It looked good until I realized how little the dollar is worth!!! and the steering wheel was on the wrong side.

If spending that amount for a chance at that car were of concern to me, then I probably couldn't afford to own it anyway.

Where's th' que for tickets?!?!

Lesseee... a $40 Ferrutzi.... shippin' to th' Colonies, U.S. Customs fees, taxes... ummm.... Okay, nevermind.

But I DO easily drive shiftin' southpaw.

hehehehehehehe..Smitts has spoken.
Even if I had the $$ for the ticket, even if I could afford the taxes, even if I could afford shipping, even if I could afford even liability only insurance.... It'd get driven once in a blue moon when I could afford a tank of fuel for that monster, and then I'd have to sell it the first time it needed a $2500 oil change. or tires, or brakes, or... well you get the picture. I learned with my BMW and the Jag MK VIII that just because you get a lucky chance to afford a high-end car, dosen't mean you can afford the maintenance/ parts (and I do all the work myself....)
Besides that, I don't gamble.

But on the other hand, if you could win that for what amounts to about $32, you could sure make a good ROI by selling it and not bother shipping.

Federal Smederal. I'll let Mr Gates store it for me and let him drive it a couple of times. He won't have any problem bringing that thing in!

If I won it, I'd sell it. One of those would buy a warehouse of Mini's!
