It's the earlier six-cylinder version of the P5. Since they used the Buick-derived Rover V-8 engine for the later P5B, this is one of those occasions where stuffing a V-8 into the car would not be an abomination, and there are a few of those V-8 engines around thanks to expired Range Rovers and their Discovery siblings.
