SEAT COVER REPLACEMENT

How difficult a job is it to rebuild the seats on an 80 MGB?
I'm planning on using all new Moss parts on the original frames. I will be fininshing off the job using the Moss leather covers. Are there any secrets I should know before I start?

Victoria British has a guide on installing the interior that is supposed to be pretty good. It's free for the asking, P/N A-MGIK.
