TR6 Seat belts

Got a 74 1/2 TR6. Looking at installing some new seat belts. Are the nuts secured to the body so that when I remove the mounting bolt the nut doesn't fall on the ground? Thanks again for your help.
 
Thanks Andrew! You don't know how good that makes me feel. I thought I'd have to take off the rear tires and have someone put a wrench on the nut. I assume that the latching buckle is the same.
