Seat Belt Mounting Points for a BE

So I saw some nice looking, period correct lap belts w AH Emblem on E-Bay but realize my '59 does not have any Mounting Points for Seat Belts. Would like to have a 3 way belt w Retractor Mechanism mounted to fender well. I believe MOSS Sells a kit for mounting the 3 way on the fender, but how are folks mounting the 2 lugs needs for front anchor alongside Tranny tunnel and by Door. Going through floor with large backing washers or using side of tranny tunnel. Pics would be useful if available. Thanks
