Seat belt guide

After continually fumbling for my seat belt on my '73 "B I was wondering if anyone has used some kind of a seat belt guide common on a lot of 70's and 80's GM products that somehow either attach to the head rest or to the side of the seat to prevent the belt from falling. I can't be the only one tired of digging out a belt that has fallen to the floor.
While I'm at it, anyone got an opinion on those plexiglass wind blockers in terms of how well they work and how difficult they are to attach and remove.

Thanks.
