Seaching for former owner of my Mini

A couple of years ago I bought a 1964 Austin Mini Cooper S. It had been "restored" but I didn't get any details of what was done mechanically. I want to contact the former owner to get details of what if anything was done to the engine

Here are some details from The BMIHT certificate:
Chassis number : C-A2S7-L/552176
Deivered to Duesseldorf, Germany in September 1964.
Original colors: Old English White with Black Roof
Trim Red and Gold/Grey
The car is now painted Red with Old English White roof
The former owner is named as Patrick L. Mullen of Las Vegas.
If anyone out there knows anything about my car or it's former owner please let me know.
