Went downtown this morning to watch the shuttle fly bys. There were many many people out, surrounding the Wahington Monument grounds, on top of buildings, and clogging the streets. Everyone clapped and cheered... Pretty cool. Sorry, no photos, I was depending on a friend who is a major "rocket head", but she was too late... Oh well, there goes the space program.

We had to perform, so couldn't go cross-state to witness the departure.

End of an era, can't say much else without bein' put in a "time-out" at minimum.
