Here's a nice video shot by Michael Clifford Jr. from his Lotus Cortina during the Saturday afternoon 15 lap race at this past weekend's VRG Turkey Bowl which took place at Summit Point WV. I am driving the Elva MK IV and managed to stay ahead of him despite some great driving on his part.

The young Mr. Clifford is doing a nice imitation of Jimmy Clark when Clark first drove those Lotus-Cortinas prior to his F1 career (the still photos from Bill Stoler and the other photog show some great shots of you battle too).

I'm really sorry I could not make it down this time. My loss for sure.

Also, thanks for doing a great job running the event!

Making plans for Turkey Bowl next year!

Actually there were two--both friends of mine--but they were seated on the top row and extreme south end and just out of the camera's view.
 
Hey Michael, thanks for sharing the video! I saw this forum as an embed on Youtube, so finding this place was a convenient bonus! I'll have to look around and see all the info here.

Very cool! I don't blame you for picking it. It's even better that it's an airflow car! Not a huge fan of the orange valve cover, though...
