Got a check in the mail yesterday from a settlement between ebay and someone I've never heard of. Apparently, though, I bought something from him.

$1.41!!!!

Finally! I can get that cotter pin for my brake pedal at the master cylinder!!!

WOO-HOO!!

Man!..... You get all the luck!hehehehehe
I may get an early present too. But I gotta pay for it. An antique Maytag washing machine popped up near me on craigslist for a really good price. It's the correct model I've been kinda watching for to put my restored gas Maytag engine on. Hopefully I'll get it Monday evening.
Hey Mickey, could I borrow a dollar? hehehehhe

Mickey,

I got one to - but mine was $1.63!!
Now I have to figure out what to spend it on.
It had something to do with over-charging
on car listings.

Peter- If you want in on the action, just post your email address here and keep checking your mail as you are bound to get offers that you can't refuse :jester:

Ours was $10.43 Haven't even logged into e-bay in about a year. Be sur eyou cash it before Dec. 12!

We stopped our mail when we went to South Carolina for Thanksgiving. When my sister-in-law's kids got to us, we headed home on Friday instead of waiting until today, so the mail won't come until Tuesday. I will be ready to get my check and rush to the bank...

Sorry Dave, no offense but, sometimes I get a chuckle out of some messages. It's just how I interpret a sentence. Ok, I'm harmless, but this one hit me just right. I think it just brought back memories. :jester:
