Haven't those people seen tsunami footage before? When the tide gets sucked out like that, you head for high ground, not walk onto the dock. :rolleyes: I didn't see or hear anyone on the lookout for a wave.
 
...I was in SD when we got the surges from the Alaska quake in the 60's, lifted the docks over the piles, just about cleaned out all the yacht harbors!
