Yeah, it's pretty hard to put the cajun/french inflection on it in type.
We don't usually do the "et" part where I'm from and the "bons" and "temp" part sounds like Simon LeBon's last name is pronounced. (spelling may be incorrect, but he's the guy from Duran Duran.) And "roulent" is more of a "roolay."
