Roger, saw your car but not you???? You were probably in the shade some where being over 102 degrees. Beautiful cars, all. Probably 250 to 275 with Healeys WELL represented from all over Northern California. Great show as usual.

I think there were 272 cars registered but about 25 did not show up probably due to the heat. It was murder on Saturday setting up the show. There were some nice cars there. Did you see the old Mini with the Honda V tech? I bet that is a screamer!
I just wish it was not so Hot on Sunday.

Jerry, not that I expect to win with all the beauties there but I'm curious of the outcome since I know so many of the owners. When do they post the results?

I had the pleasure of participating in the UBCC Woodland show. It was my first time putting the car on public display with other 100's. I spent a couple of hours parking cars in the morning and it gave me the chance to learn a little about the various models of Jaguar and Triumph. It also gave me the chance to see the hard work that went into organizing and laying out the field for all the vehicles. It was brutal in the heat, I'm sure, on Saturday. See the link for a few photos of the 100's that were on display. There were 6 in total. Mine is the one with the dork in the hat leaning on the fender. I left the top up because of the various events I went to hoping to see a top that was up so I could photograph the details. Never happened. So I left it up on the off chance that someone might take advantage of it.

The spreadsheet was being reviewed this afternoon before we post it on the website. Our Webmaster had a problem with the air conditioner in his house leaking through the ceiling. So I am not sure how fast we get it published but it will most likely be done by Tuesday. I had a lot of fun at the show. We have great group of people to work with. I really like seeing new models. I would like to spend a little time with my car, and time viewing the field but there is lots to do at the show. I highly recommend that you get involved in your local club. You will meet the nicest people both in the club and at shows. It takes a little personal work, but I like to work.

Hey Th,
Just read this thread. Thanks for saying you saw my car. Where was it? I was looking for it all day. No wonder we didn't meet. Your right, I was spending as much time in the shade as I was looking at the cars. Saw your white BJ8. Easy to spot with the black bra...lace trimmed, push up style. Sweeeeet!
Sorry we didn't get a chance to say hi. It's always a pleasure.

Happy motoring!
Roger
