Running of the Bulls, New Orleans style...........

Only in New Orleans. Went to the third annual Running of the Bulls in the French Quarter yesterday morning. When they started the race, about 1000 mostly drunk revelers started a mad dash through the Quarter, followed closely by about 75 Roller Babes, complete with horned-helmets and wiffle bats, themselves followed by another 20 or so Elvis impersonators on micro-bikes. Now, the runners were all decked in white with requisite red bandannas and drink in hand and the Roller Babes were heck-bent on boffing and bumping whomever they could. What the purpose of the Elvis' was was beyond me. A good time was had by all. Only in New Orleans.

I dunno. Getting chased by 20 Elvi on micro-bikes sounds pretty scary to me.
 
It is a pretty good bet that anything you want to see is on Youtube these days.
