2 years ago I bought a White 1980 MGB with 10,000 original miles......It was the real deal and I am very fortunate it was.
Last year I am the one that Bought the 1996 MGf with 23000 miles ,on ebay....And it is so cool.
My newest venture is the White 1979 MGB with 21 original miles....yes on ebay........

So I have 2 time capsules that are exact twins...What to do ??????

I am going to sell one white one ....but which one...and why and how much....

I would like opinions on the 21 miler......

Welcome to the party, Donald!

Hmmm... The '80 is from the last year of production. The '79 only has 21 miles. Tough call! Does either one "speak" to you?

What do you want to do with a low mile car? Show car? Which is in better shape? Like Mickey said, does one of those cars speak to you more? Either if in great shape would make a neat show car.

Did you have any issues registering the '96 MGF in the USA? I would think that could cause issues... neat car though.

Both cars are in pristine shape. the 21 miler was in California the dash has a crack in it from the heat. The car was never driven. the first owner bought it with 14 miles on it.. was on blocks till 2004. Trailered to new owner. Boiled out radiator, tune up , new tires, brake fluid at the 20 mile mark.....I got it moved home here ....just under 22 miles.....just like new......

It's a museum piece, personally I like driving mine but in your case this 21 miler probably is more valuable keeping those miles low. Block it up in your living room with appropriate lighting.

then you could sit in it and watch big screen TV and feel like your at a drive in,
or have yer wifey serve you like at a car hop diner,
OR take phone calls in it and feel important.

And drive the others, take turns, make em a color day,
red for monday, white for tuesday, black for wednesday,
maroon for thursday, green for friday, and any pick for the weekends.

Does either one "speak" to you?

They are both shouting at him "Sell us both and buy a nicely restored proper chrome bumper MGB!"

Hope he listens. :playful:
