I 've seen one in a backyard. The paint is oxidized and it probably needs a complete resto. Looks solid enough on the outside. Havent had a close look yet. What would be a reasonable price to pay for one of these old saloons? Are parts still available? I'm assuming it's a 4 cyl.

The Rover 60 is a four-cylinder. Parts availability should be pretty good in the UK but body panels may be an issue. Good news there is that the panels are so thick that you may not need to replace any.

For something in need of a complete rebuild you shouldn't pay much. I'm thinking a couple of hundred.....

They used the Land Rover (yes, the 4X4) four-cylinder engine for the 60 and the later version, the 80 so there must be a few of those knocking around. Chassis, body, panels and trim were all as for the the six-cylinder cars. A word of caution thou, these engines were a little "rough" (not the smoothest running motor) and the poor things must have been awfully underpowered, as well.
