When I was very young, one of my uncles had a Rover like that. It was a lovely car I thought then, and still do. I always had a soft spot for "aunties", freewheel systems and all.
 
There is one guy here in Alberta who has a modified 1948 Rover P3

I see it lots at shows and have talked to him once, he runs some sort of V8 engine, so it is technically hot rodded... But he hasn't butchered the car too much in the process and is actually a rather nicely presented car...
